Hello!

I’m Audrey VerO

I’m a registered and licensed dietitian who believes proper nutrition and a healthy relationship with food are vital to feeling your absolute best.

My approach is realistic, down-to-earth, and focused on empowering others to take control of their health. I will not just tell you what to do — I will teach you why.

With a lifelong passion for food and fitness, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others use food as medicine. I take an evidence-based, non-judgmental, non-diet approach to nutrition, integrating Functional Nutrition, Clinical Practice, Holistic Health, and Mindful Eating Principles to support your health goals.

I strive to help patients replace food anxiety with the idea that good nutrition feels like a breath of fresh air – natural and necessary.
