Hi, I’m Audrey Vero.
I'm a registered dietitian and functional nutrition practitioner passionate about helping people uncover the root causes of their health concerns through science-based nutrition and personalized care.
I believe nutrition should feel empowering—not overwhelming. My goal isn't simply to tell you what to eat. It's to help you understand why your body works the way it does so you can make informed decisions with confidence long after we've worked together.
At Vero Vitality, I combine evidence-based nutrition with functional medicine principles to look at the whole picture. Together, we'll explore your health history, lifestyle, lab work, symptoms, and goals to create a plan that's designed specifically for you—not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Whether you're navigating a chronic illness, optimizing your metabolic health, improving athletic performance, supporting longevity, or simply striving to feel your best, my approach is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and practicality. I believe lasting health comes from building sustainable habits—not chasing perfection.
Above all, I want to help you replace confusion and food anxiety with clarity and confidence. Nutrition shouldn't feel restrictive or complicated. It should become one of the most powerful tools you have to support your health, your energy, and your life.
